To use or sign-up on our website,You are obliged to accept and agree in full the terms and condition of "Globalepic" online shopping mall.
By using the site's services you acknowledge the fact that you have read and understood the terms and conditions declared herein.
These terms have been created to protect its members and to provide a safe, convenient, online shopping environment. With emphasis on fair trading practices

"Globalepic" Online Shopping Mall Terms & Conditions (Fair Trade Commission Standard Conditions Part No. 10023 of the Republic of South Korea)

Chapter I (General Provisions)

Article 1   (Applicable Laws)
This site is created and controlled by Epic Systems Co.,Ltd. in South Korea.
Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Korea.
Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea.
This site may be accessed all over the world.
However, Globalepic makes no representations that the content of this site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside South Korea.
If you access this site from outside South Korea, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws.

Article 2   (Definition of Terms)
Mall: "The Company" that provides the goods and services to members, through information technology.
It is the virtual facility for all trade transaction between the company and it's members

User: Are the general term use for all individuals who access, browse, visits the site.
Members or Non-members

Members: Are users who signed-up for the Mall membership.
Agrees to the terms and conditions of the mall , And provided adequate personal information To receive membership benefits.

Non-Members: Refers to individuals who visits, browse the site but do not sign-up as Mall members.

User ID: Are the set of letters and numbers registered and use by members as authentication of identity before accessing the mall's service.

Password: Are the set of codes registered and used by members to verify identity for the protection of member's accounts.

Termination: Is the members cancellation of contract with the mall by withdrawal of membership.

Article 3   (Agreement Specification and Revision)
1. The contents of this agreement and the company's necessary information. Such as, Office address, Name of company representative, Business registration number,Contact information (Phone, FAX, E-mail address, etc.) Will be posted on the home section of the mall and are readily available for all users.

2.This will immediately take effect upon agreement during membership sign-up.

3. This terms complies with relative laws as follows; Company "E-commerce Act, Electronic Signature, Information technology promotion and protection Act, Door to Door Sales act etc.

4. Should the company amend its Terms and conditions The effective date and the valid reason for revision of the current Terms and Conditions. Will be posted at the Home section of the mall 7 calendar days before the revised terms will take effect and a mail will be sent to all the members to be informed of the new terms. Members at this moment should evaluate its stand on the new proposed terms.

5. Amendment of Terms and conditions will immediately apply to all members After the 7 day grace period.

6. For members who do not show conformity on the revision of terms and conditions Should inform the responsible department before the new term takes its effect, refer to the notice on paragraph 4.

7. Matters not set forth in these Terms and conditions. Will follow South Korea’s Government enacted consumer protection guidelines and relevant laws on electronic transactions.

Article 4   (Provision and Amendment of Services)
1. "Mall" will perform the following tasks.
  A) Provide information about goods or services and conclude purchase agreement.
  B) Conclude purchase agreement to : Sell and deliver.
  C) Other duties prescribed by the business.
2. The "Mall" can change the product specifications and quantities A notice will be posted on the item location.
3. The "mall" is responsible to provide users with a good description of the service contract or technical specifications of the product. In this regard, the "mall " thereby to compensate for the damage suffered by users in case of incorrect information given. However, the "mall" will not be held liable on willful misconduct or negligence from the buyer.
4. The "Mall" has the responsibility to file and issue necessary documents, during purchase and delivery of goods and services. Including the issuance of export and custom documents

Article 5   (Service Interruption)
1. The "Mall" computer, communication and network system Will experience interruption / slower connection. Due to routine maintenance and inspection
2. In the case of service disruptions, members will be notified beforehand.
3. During this service interruption, the "mall' will not be held liable for all Delays and damages on users and 3rd party affiliates, However the “Mall” will settle problems that arises during this period.
As long as the matters are within the “Mall’s” capability and Area of Responsibility

Article 6   (Membership , Withdrawal, Forfeiture, etc..)
1. User's membership and withdrawal procedure will correspond with the "Mall" terms and conditions.
2. Upon withdrawal of membership, all registered personal data will be deleted from the database.

Article 7   (Purchase Request)
"Mall" users can purchase items on the mall by the following procedure.
1. Entering legal Name, Address, Telephone number, email address. Fax Number, Company Owner, Business registration numbers.
2. Correct selection of goods and services.
3. Choosing Payment method
4. Agreement to the Terms and conditions.

Article 8   (Formation of Contracts)
Following article #7 will enable a user to successfully purchase from the "Mall"
A purchase is void if the following conditions are the same as below;
A) Submitted purchase application is incomplete, contains false information and omission of necessary information.
B) Proper application should be filed for the purchase contract to be valid.A) Submitted purchase application is incomplete, contains false information and omission of necessary information.

Article 9   (Payment Method)
Settlement of payment can be done through the following Methods:
1. Bank Transfer (T/T)
2. PayPal

Article 10   (Notification of payment, changes and cancellation of Purchase)
1. When the user has purchase an item. A notification will be sent to inform of the purchase.
2. Upon receipt of the order, the application will be checked for inconsistencies. And will proceed to the confirmation of order and arrange shipment.
3. User's request for change or cancellation of purchase should be done immediately before shipment.
4. For cancellation of orders, contact customer service immediately within 3 days after the order was made.
Or the cancellation will be void. Contact information are located at the home screen (Hotline Numbers,Email,Messenger)

Article 11   (Shipping and Point System)
Shipment of purchased goods, The "Mall" is responsible to ship the goods within the specified time. After the purchase which is within 3 working days.

Shipping Method:
Default Shipping Method : EMS (Online Purchases)
Additional Shipping Method: FEDEX,UPS,DHL (Back-office order Only)

Delivery Time:
Delivery time varies on location and date of purchase(If purchase was made a day before the weekends or the holiday)

Buyer Location: Delivery time will vary depending on the availability
Of the shipping service on certain areas Delay on delivery can be from 5~20 days.

Custom Issues: For certain reasons items are hold on customs of the receiving country,(Due to certain laws and policy) The company will not be held liable for the delay and will not compensate for any custom duties or obligations. This issue will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking numbers: Will be provided after shipment.

Article 12   (Warranty, refund, return and exchange)
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the “Globalepic” mall.

Warranty Policy
A. The company follows 1 year limited warranty. Start from the date of receipt of the product.
B. All products in the “mall” have warranty and undergone meticulous inspection before shipment.
C. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, tampered, forged, alteration or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
D. Coverage includes;
  A) Trouble-shooting
  B) Maintenance
  C) Repairs
E. Products subject for A/S services undergo rigid inspection from trained engineer to determine and investigate the damage and authenticity of the product.
F. Upon purchase of our items you are entitled for the A/S support. Start from the receipt of product.
G. Troubleshooting and Repair is free at this period of time. Only the sending fee and related TAX charges are shouldered by the buyer. Thus, the seller will shoulder any recurring fees on sending of the repaired items back to the buyers country
H. For warranty issues and claim contact the customer service, for additional information and requirements.
I. Other than the terms provided in this warranty policy, there are no other warranties, express or implied for any of the “Mall’s” products.

Return & Refund Policy
A. To provide a safe and fair trading experience, the “mall” allows a 10-day return/refund policy for goods purchased on the mall.

B. Return Request will be accepted within 10 days after receipt of the item.

C. This service is offered to cover the following issues.
  1. DOA Defective product, upon receipt.
  2. Damage due to shipment and/or handling.
  3. Items fail to meet merchantable quality, and adequate performance, which do not match original description
  4. Incorrect products.
  5. Other purposes, like dissatisfaction

D. Upon receipt of the refunded item, We will return full product price,
Consummated fees such as the shipping, handling charges and Tax duties, are non-refundable. Refunded payment will be deposited automatically to your account after receiving the refunded product.

E. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, tampered, forged, alteration or modification will be void for return or refunds..

F. Products subject for Return or Refund undergo rigid inspection from trained engineers to determine and investigate the damage and authenticity of the product.

G. Countermeasures:
Upon acknowledgement of request, the customer service
Will offer alternatives to resolve the problem
Selection are as follow
  1) For defective products ? Repair or replacement of item.
  2) For incorrect items ? Product exchange
  3) Dissatisfaction ? refund of payment.

**Product replacement will be shipped after receipt of returned/refunded items.

H. Refund limitation
Refund is not permitted if the product is;
Improperly packaged (not in its designated box)
Negligent packaging
Counterfeit labels
Switched labels
Label/barcode/manufacturer’s seal is tampered
Mismatched serial nos.
Evidence showing misuse of the product
Improper usage
Has missing spareparts
